Hi, this is Hjalte and in this video I will show you the Triquetra necklace from The Moonlight Shop.

The perfect necklace if you’re looking for something meaningful to wear, which is also unique and fashionable at the same time.

It’s perfect for those days when you cannot or won’t wear a pentacle. If you’re going to a party for example where wearing the pentacle would only cause you unnecessary attention, this necklace is a good choice. It is non-threatening, but very powerful at the same time.

Because, this triquetra necklace has a very simple design, but at the same time it’s very fashionable and unique, filled with symbolism.

In fact, it’s one the symbols in the world, that has THE most meaning attached to it…

The triquetra symbol is very old. Several thousand years. There are some big runestones somewhere in sweden, upsala I think, that has this symbol carved in them.

It has been used in many religions through time. Including Christianity and most pagan religions.

For Wiccans, the triquetra has a special meaning as the symbol is associated with the Maiden, The Mother and The Crone.

But that’s only interpretation of it…

It is also a powerful symbol of balance, eternity and the connection with the divine.

And Its a symbol for the connection between your Spirit, your mind and your body

It also It symbolizes The stages of life - Birth, growing, death

and the connection between your thoughts, your feelings and your emotions

It even reminds you of being in the now, by symbolizing how the past, the present and the future are connected.

I could go on and on about this. There are sooo many symbolic meanings for this simple and mystical, symbol.

I mean, when you first see this necklace, it just looks like a fashionable piece of jewelry. A pretty symbol. Something you'd draw during class or while talking on the phone…

But when we dig a little deeper, you can see that the Triquetra is so much more…

And for someone who likes symbolism and finding the hidden meaning in things, this is one of the most beautiful symbols in the world...

The pendant itself is made from safe, lead and nickel free pewter, which means that you can wear this necklace every day, all year round, even if you are usually allergic to most jewelry.

The symbol measures just a little over 1 inch across.

The pendant comes with a leather cord with a lobster clasp which allows you to adjust the length with around 2 inches.

If you’d rather use another cord or necklace, there is plenty of room for you to put in something else.

The pendant is made from a single piece of metal. This makes it very durable and a piece of jewelry you can wear and use for many years to come.

And I am sure you will. It’s simply beautiful.

That concludes this video. I hope you enjoyed it.

Thank you for watching.

Article about handling and overcomig anxiety

I found this here: http://www.goarticles.com/cgi-bin/showa.cgi?C=1358828

Summary:

In this article we'll try to explain some of the common reason to anxiety- and panic attacks.
You'll learn a few techniques that will help you dealing with panic attacks and anxiety in general.

What and why is a panic attack?
A panic attack is best described as our "fight or flight" instincts coming to show.
We humans are designed to survive at all costs. It is our primary priority in life. To survive.
If we experience something very traumatic, our brain stem (from here on called reptile brain) takes over.
Based on past experiences the reptile brain tries to take control in a dangerous situation.
When you experience a panic attack it is actually your way of dealing with a situation your brain finds very dangerous. This is most often based on past experiences, and a lot of times experiences we are not even aware of happened.
This is also why you may have noticed that your panic attacks usually happen in similar circumstances. It could be a place, an event (like sleeping alone) or a certain kind of people around you.
Each time you suffer from a panic attack you will associate bad feelings with whatever the circumstances were. If you like to read more about the psychology behind, you can use link in the author resource box.

How a panic attack feels?
The symptom of a panic attack varies from person to person, but some of the most common are;

- Increased heart rate
- A feeling of enormous stress
- Fright
- Fear of dying
- Sweaty palms
- Dizziness
- Paralyzing fear.

Especially paralyzing fear is a term often used as describing a panic attack.

If you experience these symptoms often there is a chance you've had one or several panic attacks.

How to deal with a panic attack?
The experience of a panic attack is very overwhelming. And it can be very hard to cope with in the situation. All you want to do is to run as far away as you can. This is your instincts taking over. your urge to survive.

Therefore it is always better to prevent than cope with panic attacks and anxiety in general.
But if you are in the situation it is to late to prevent, right?

Try to be aware of your breathing while doing the following;

First, try to focus only on the shapes of the objects around you.
First find all the squares, then all the triangles, the circles and so on.

Next focus on colors. Find red objects, blue objects… you get the idea.

This technique helps you to stay focused and to be in the now.
Practice this BEFORE you are having an attack.

What can you do to prevent panic attacks? Daily meditation can help you get in touch with you. For some it works as a cure against anxiety for others it just take the top of the stress.

There are many great books on meditation and there are many different methods you could use.
But there is no reasons to make things more complicated, I guess you allreday have a lot on your mind.

This is a simple meditation technique;

Go sit or lie in a place where you can be alone, and where there is quit. Turn of your phone and make sure that you don't get disturbed.
Close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. The trick here is to let your thoughts pass by.
When you start to think and become aware of you thinking, concentrate on your breathing again. A little trick I used for a long time was to keep saying to myself: breathe in, breath out, breathe in, breath out…

Don't try to block your thoughts. Its almost impossible, but simple try to acknowledge that they are there, and let them drift away.

Summary:
I hope that this article will add some value in your life. And I sincerely hope that you'll find a way to overcome your troubles.
Remember to consult your doctor or psychiatrist before altering your medication in any way.

About our potentials and habitual behaviour

There is a story about an office worker. Getting up every morning going to work, walking the same route as always. On the route is located a clock shop, where a big watch is displayed in the window. As usual he does what he always do. The man stops up and adjust his wrist watch to match the clock in the window.
Now - one morning the owner of the store comes out and ask the man what he is doing. I am adjusting my own watch to match the time on your clock, he answeres. The owner looks at him oddly and asks why he would do that, since the clock in the window has been out of order in 10 years and always show the same time.

It is said that we as humans statistically uses no more than 10% of our potential. That is why the people who follow the followers never make it to at decent level of true succes in their lives, and why wealth belongs to those few that do not go with the current of others. They learn to think for them selves instead.

Wealth and powerty

To be rich or poor? How would you define ít? If wealth is owning stuff then powerty would be the opposite. There is an analoge here. A story. Goes like this: At the time the Buddha lived there was a man that did not really like or understand the Buddha. Hence he decided to confront the Buddha to tell him off. He said some nasty things face to face. Buddha did not answer. The man continued his verbal assaults though.
At last, the man was bewildered. He asked the Buddha why would he not answer? Then Buddha said that if someone gives you a gift and you refuse to receive that gift, then who does the gift belong to?
The man said that the gift would then belong to the giver. He turned and left.

What you give so shall you receive. That man had a lot of money, but was poor.
There is a lot of these stories. Even today. Look for them. To be continued. Hope some of you respond.

Take care. See you later
